CaribbeanServices is a document preparation and administrative support service. We are NOT attorneys, NOT licensed to practice law, and do NOT provide legal advice.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand this distinction and that our assistance is limited to helping you complete forms accurately based on information you provide.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CaribbeanServices ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Caribbean Marketing & Services LLC, doing business as CaribbeanServices ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

CaribbeanServices provides the following document preparation and administrative support services:

  • Immigration Form Assistance: We help you fill out USCIS forms (I-130, I-485, I-765, N-400, etc.) based on information you provide. We do NOT represent you before USCIS.
  • Tax Document Preparation: We assist with organizing tax documents and completing tax forms. We are NOT certified public accountants (CPAs) and do NOT provide tax advice.
  • Insurance Assistance: We help gather information for insurance applications and quotes. We are NOT licensed insurance agents.
  • Document Translation: We provide translation services for personal documents.
  • Administrative Support: We offer general administrative services including appointment scheduling, form organization, and document preparation.

4. Eligibility

To use CaribbeanServices, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

If you are using our services on behalf of another person (such as a family member), you represent that you have their authorization to do so and that they also agree to these Terms.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe may be used for fraudulent purposes.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of Information: All information you provide must be accurate, truthful, and complete. We rely on the information you give us to fill out forms.
  • Document Review: You must carefully review all documents we prepare before signing or submitting them. You are responsible for verifying accuracy.
  • Meeting Deadlines: You are responsible for understanding and meeting any filing deadlines. We are not responsible for missed deadlines.
  • Legal Counsel: If you are unsure about any legal matter, you must seek advice from a licensed professional.
  • Keeping Copies: You should maintain copies of all documents and correspondence related to your applications.

7. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is subject to the following terms:

  • Prices for services are quoted before work begins
  • Payment may be required in full or in installments, as agreed
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
  • Government filing fees are separate and are the responsibility of the client
  • We do not collect government fees on behalf of clients

8. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund available if you cancel before we start working on your documents
  • Work in Progress: Partial refund may be available based on the percentage of work completed
  • Completed Work: No refund once documents have been completed and delivered to you
  • Government Fees: We do not refund government filing fees as we do not collect them

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Referral Program

Our referral program is subject to the following terms:

  • Referral rewards are earned only when the referred person completes and pays for a service
  • Rewards are paid via Zelle or PayPal to your registered payment method
  • Minimum withdrawal amount is $25
  • Referral links expire after 90 days of inactivity
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
  • Fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account termination

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our services to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or government requirements
  • Attempt to deceive any government agency
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Access accounts or information belonging to others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services for any illegal purpose

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—are the exclusive property of Caribbean Marketing & Services LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are NOT liable for the denial, delay, or approval of any government application
  • We are NOT liable for any errors in information you provide to us
  • We are NOT liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service at issue

You understand that immigration, tax, and insurance outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including government decisions, accuracy of information provided, changes in law, and other circumstances. We make NO guarantees regarding outcomes.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CaribbeanServices, Caribbean Marketing & Services LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or regulation
  • Any false or misleading information you provide
  • Your infringement of any rights of a third party

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Boston, Massachusetts, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
